And they were all yellow

I love yellow, I pretty much always have. I just think its a perfect color to use as an accent or hey as the focal point. I'm especially into yellow and grey (as is everyone else it seems).

I love, love sliding doors. And that bedspread? Yea, I've been wanting it.

This bed looks comfy and glamorous
Black walls and yellow chair, what's not to love?
All pictures from slumberdesigns

Hmm, I have more pictures but it won't let me add them. Another time :)

Wednesday Etsy Finds

I keep thinking today is Thursday (It is not) anyways, I've been thinking of Christmas gifts (yes, already!) and Etsy seems to be the perfect place to shop. Here are some awesome things I found. Too bad I want them all for myself. Is it bad to buy yourself Christmas gifts?

This dress alone makes we want to get married.
I'm not a bracelet fan but this may make me change my mind.
This hair is so pretty.
I totally need one of these Hollow Books
This is a fun dress.
Oh, Mr. Owl, how I love you.
So perfect for Christmas.
Ugh, this is beautiful.

Mondays come too quick

Ugh, I want all of these dresses . Aren't they stunning?

I'm going to need this. Yum!

An incredible dinner party beneath The Golden Gate Bridge,

Sweet, sweet, baby dreams.

 A staple skyline.

Giants! These remind me of godzilla, except in a fabulous way.

I want this little Conan. How sweet would he looks propped up on the couch or bed? Badass.

Green Tile

Hmm, not normally a fan of colored tiles but this green looks perfect don't you think? I imagine the room spells like bamboo or green grass. I think it works so well because of all of the white, there's nothing competing with the green.

Bunkbeds

Apparently gone are the days of ugly metal bunk beds in awful primary colors. Who knew bunks beds could look so cute and stylish? I'm loving the double bunks - so perfect for a sleep over! The last one, what a clever use of that corner and an awkward wall.

Technically not a bunk bed, but hey...

Simplicity

It's been a tiring week. I'll take this simple (read: awesome) bedroom, please and thank you!

Pumpkin!

So, once upon a time, in art class in college we were talking about different hue's of white. Everyone was shouting out answers like: "ivory", "cream", "snow". Well, I didn't get the memo (due to me excessive chatting and doodling, I'm sure) and thought we were just yelling random hue's for any color. I very loudly shouted out "pumpkin!". Everyone gave me an odd look and carried on. Ever since then my friends like to bring up that embarrassing moment and occasionally refer to me as pumpkin.
Anyways, my point is, it is now officially fall (even though Phoenix's weather may say otherwise) and I am craving all thing pumpkin.
Here's a few of my pumpkin, fall favorites:

Haven't tried these yet as I can't find them but they look tasty!

I also love Little Debbie's pumpkin cakes,  and Dunkin Donuts pumpkin coffee.
Do you have any pumpkin favorites?

Twenty-Seven

Via 16house

How to decorate a room. I just love the mood board.

I plan on making some of these in all sorts of delicious flavors for Christmas.

I'm not a huge comic fan but this is one sweet engagement.

I am obsessed with coupons and free samples thanks to this awesome site.

These creative postcards would be the perfect pick me up.

I can't stop daydreaming about spending Christmas as this " cabin "  in Aspen.

My current, favorite blog

P.S. It's my BFF's birthday! Happy Birthday CR!

Jaw droppingly gorgeous

I can't even tell you how big my eyes got while looking at these photos. This loft is so beyond gorgeous, I'm green with envy.
Love, lust, enjoy!

Are you speechless? I can only imagine how much the rent on that place is considering it's in NYC.

I think the bathroom may be my favorite part. It's so different!

Ooh la la!

The lovely Shelly from http://mrscaptkerk.blogspot.com/ (Check it out! She's hilarious and cute to boot (yes, I said "to boot")) gave me my first blog award.
The excitement I have over this is midly embarrassing but it's nice to know someone out there is reading (since y'all aren't leaving comment ahem). Here it is...

I'd like to pass this along to my BFF, Cr at http://hiloak.blogspot.com/

Thanks Shelly!

I'm forgetful

I really am. I have great intentions but then I forget to follow through (that reminds me, need to email mom!). So, I told you I'd post the how-to on the cat eye glasses. Yea, that's not happening tonight.

I switched to my new office today and spent the better part of my time organizing and decorating everything to my liking. Unfortunately my desk is a long counter shared with someone else and I do not have my own office but if I did, I'd take some tips from these pretty work spaces:

Where have I been?!

Well, the short answer to that is Alaska.
The long answer? Super busy planning a bridal shower, getting ready for vacation, working on a 60th anniversary scrapbook, relocating offices, buying a "new" jeep, selling my old jeep (hopefully soon!) and then, finally, Alaska.
As you can tell I've been super busy but really, no reason for me to slack on the blog. I love blogging, I just need to make time for it.
Tonight you just get some highlights from our Alaska trip but tomorrow; a how-to on some awesome cat-eye glasses on a stick.

I got bangs!
