Jerome

Or "Jermoan" as T likes to call it. Maybe for all the moaning ghosts? Jerome is a quaint, old mining town perched on a cliff. It's rumored to have lots of ghost but unfortunately we weren't able to do one while we were there. We did however walk downtown (aka town, haha) and check out the cute shops like The World's Largest Kaleidoscope Store. I was intrigued by the hollowed out, old bank (pictured below), I thought the "vault" was quite funny.

One of the highlights of Jerome is the Jerome Grand Hotel (formally a hospital) but we were saddened to find it closed, you can read about that here :(.

Sedona

As promised. T and I spent a nice little weekend in Sedona, it was so nice to get away, relax and eat at delicious restaurants.
Myself at Tlaquepaque. This was our favorite gallery.
Curious little squirrel
We went to see the The Chapel of the Holy Cross but were more interested in this mega mansion!

Look at that house and yard. Is that an observatory?!

So, as you can see we didn't really take a lot of scenery pictures. Not sure why, but we didn't. I guess that's a good excuse to go back?

Is it friday yet?

Are we sure it's only Tuesday? Sigh...
Sedona pictures tomorrow, I swear!

1.10.11 Seven

Love this creative Christmas card.

Funny and true, words to live by. Okay, I might be exaggerating.

I want to be her!

Yikes! Can you imagine putting your baby in one of these?

Why don't we dress babies like this anymore? It would be the perfect Birthday dress.

What a gorgeous chignon!

I can't help but want this sweet owl.

Oh internet..oh bed...

We're back! We have internet! And I'm exhausted...
I love this bedroom. Everything from the herringbone wooden floors, the fireplace, and the gorgeous canopy. I think the whole thing has a very old world feel to it.
