So many wonderful alternatives for a backsplash! It's incredible what an impact such a small space can make but by adding a unique texture or color on the back splash alone can really make the kitchen. I especially like the textured white subway tile and the granite colored tiles. 

What do you think? Custom back splash, worth it?

It's Barcelona Baby!

Recently discovered this website and I'm enamored. Spain has never been at the top of my Travel list but this has definitely bumped it up into the top 10. Everyone seems so confident and cool. Definitely worth taking a lesson from. Here's some of my favorites:

The unconventional, no thrills bathrooms make me smile. A good color scheme, a pretty shower curtain and a nice mirror, all you need!
