Craigslist Finds

I've decided to start scouring good old craigslist again. Here are a couple finds I would love to have:

Best of all? See that last ivory colored chair? There are 2 of them for $10! I'm hopefully going to pick them up tomorrow.

I will definitely restain them both black and then if the cushions aren't looking great I'll try my hand at reupholstering. I'm very excited!

Stone Cottage

I think I am going to need many houses in various locations because now I have added a stone cottage to the list. This place is great!

They acheived a homey, warm look while still having a lot of exposed stone and streamlined decor.

I love that huge sliding glass door in the kitchen, so cool. Add some vaulted ceilings and hardwood floors and I'm completely sold.

Is it just me or are even the tree's in front of the house super awesome?

Welcome to Perry Street

A friend of mine from college recently posted picture of her charming, downtown Charleston apartment and I've been so excited to share them with you.

Jamie has an incredible knack for finding the coolest stuff at thrift stores, antique stores and even on the side of the road. She is also an amazing artist and those large paintings you see are her own work.

Gah, I had an awesome post picked out for today but it looks like I've run out of time. We ended up going to dinner at this great restaurant in Phoenix but had to wait an hour to get in. By the time we drove home there was a major monsoon and driving was a ridiculous mess. It was a pretty eventful little evening.
