Boots, boots, boots!

I've you've spent more than 7 minutes with me in the past week you know that I have been OBSESSING over boots. I want a new pair, or 2 or 3, and ASAP.

I have a pair of brown riding boots from 3 years ago, but they were cheap and are worn out. I am ready for some sturdy, good quality, black riding boots.

While I still want these Frye Dorado Boots, they're still out of my price range. Almost $500? Eek!

I'm currently leaning towards these beauts (as shown in Monday Links). 

I totally want them in both black and brown!

Fashion Friday: Julep

If you've spent anytime around me, you know that I'm a nail polish addict. I paint my nails a new color weekly and buy new polish way too often. I'm pretty loyal to Essie, but for Christmas I got some nail polish from Julep and I love it!

Today they emailed me about their "Maven" program. Basically, you sign up and they'll send you a monthly box containing $40 worth of nail polish and body products based on your style quiz. Like Birch Box, if you're familiar. Now, you can skip any months you want, or even gift your box to someone else. The best part of today's email? The first box is FREE! Well, okay, there's the $3.99 shipping but, whatever.

I picked the bombshell box. Now, had I not been so impatient, I would've realized there were a ton of boxes to pick from and I probably would've picked one of the April choices. Oh well, these 2 colors are unlike anything I have and can't wait to get my box.

Motorcycle Boots

We went to the movies tonight (Warm Bodies, I loved it!) and one of the characters had a pair of cute, lace up, motorcycle boots. Then, as we were leaving, I noticed a girl with another cute pair. I've been eyeing moto boots for a while now, but I'm officially obsessed.

I want a really casual, slightly rugged pair. Leather, of course, and something that laces up and preferably can be folded down.
Originally I was thinking black, but now I'm kind of torn between black, cognac, and a light tan. Maybe one of each...

I think those last 2 pairs are my favorite. Now that I've got that figured out, who is going to buy me them?

Fashion Friday: A week of pink and red

Yup, I dressed up for Valentine's Day all. week. long.

I'm a sucker for themed outfits. I didn't blog about it (I should've), but I did 12 Days of Christmas outfits prior to Christmas. It was a blast!
Anyways, I made a point of wearing all red and pink this week to go with my Valentine's nails. I'm pretty sure no one noticed, but I really enjoyed being festive all week.

I know, there's two of today's outfit, I just cant help but laugh at my face in the 2nd one. Oh and here's my pretty flowers from my Dad.
