I have a weird affinity for exhibitionist bathrooms and this one is no exception. 

One of our interior design projects in college was to design a loft apartment for on campus students. In the upstairs, sleeping area I created a bathroom between the two bedrooms with low, frosted glass walls. Everyone gave me a hard time about how you'd have to be comfortable with your roommate to use it. What can I say? I just love glass. Maybe I'm brave too ;)

So, would you be brave enough to use this bathroom?

Projects in process

I have several projects I'm working on right now that I'm excited to share with you. During a recent trip to goodwill I found a beautifully framed mirror for $7 and several various sized photo frames. I plan on transforming the mirror into a chalkboard for the kitchen and using the photo frames in a gallery wall above my bed. Lastly, while in SF I found the most amazing paper for the front of this trunk. I don't want to do a full reveal until anything is done but here's some sneak peeks...

 Quincy insist on getting in any photo possible. This was also pre cleaning the mirror.

Sunday Simplicity

Sorry for my mini hiatus this past week. I've been so busy with my parents in town and finding a new vehicle that I feel like I'm never home. Should be a more relaxing week this week though. I saw this house a couple weeks back and just adore it. I like how from far away it looks like nothing but a sweet, country cottage. However, once you get closer you see that huge, outdoor bath. Can you imagine bathing, outside, with that perfect view? I think the simplicity of the inside is perfectly fitting.
